They wanted us to build them a contemporary yet earthy home that exudes luxury and nature.
This extraordinary property was to be a home for our client, a couple along with their kid and a dog. Our objective was clear right off the bat – to turn this 18000 sq ft land in Jumeirah Island Mansions into an ultra luxury residence that was the perfect union of modernity and a touch of green. We got to work by creating a lot of extensions in the house. From staircase areas to archways that led to the dining space, we ensured the home had a considerable scope for movement.
We also brought in some unique pieces of furniture, and used plants throughout the house to bring in a sense of serene luxury into the mansion.
